APC&E Commission Meeting

The Friday, October 24, 2014 meeting of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission will be held in the Commission room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.

The Regulations Committee will meet at 8:30 a.m. The Commission meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. or immediately following the Committee meeting. The agenda includes discussion of the temporary moratorium on CAFO permits in the Buffalo watershed which expires October 22.
